nice! this is really cool. It is so massive, but looks so small. Kabooom! I have the perfect view when it erupts - I won't get affected by the ash till the next day :| haha

Wow, that's amazing. Was this out of a commercial jet? I think there are helicopter tours that also take you above Helens; did you fly in that? I'm curious how you got so close. As someone else also said, it's very, very clear. I'm usually annoyed to have grimy windows.
